Since 1932, the Bender Group has stood for corporate responsibility, technical excellence, and human values. We are a third-generation medium-sized company. What began as a wire drawing factory in Hagen is now a diversified group of companies with a global reach. Our roots lie in craftsmanship, but our sights are set on the future. We combine in-depth technological expertise with experience, passion, and a clear set of values.

Our companies are a fundamental part of modern value chains. From automobiles and medical technology to aviation and electronics. In short: without our services, many things would come to a standstill. With quality and reliability, over 600 employees meet customer needs at the highest level.

Business areas in three divisions, with locations on two continents. Organic growth and targeted acquisitions with foresight. We focus on diversification, long-term thinking, integrity, and quality in practice. This makes us robust, even when the going gets tough. We also have the courage to break new ground without forgetting our roots.
